v Per Form Rate = 40-INR (Fix payment)

v Submission Duration (Target) = 5 Days.

v Weekly Payment

v Contract Duration: – 12Months Extended as per your working Progress

Working Type:

v Online Work on client portal.

v 10 hrs. Login time (Timing duration as per your request) 9 AM to 7 PM

v Data in Image Format

v Totally Typing work

Billing Cycle:

v 5 days working included Saturday and Sunday

v 3 Working days for Working Feedback

v 2 Working days for payment

Billing Amount (Fix Payment):

v 10 Seats: = 5000 Form

v 1 Form: = 40-INR

v Total Billing (10 Seat): = 2,00,000-INR (Weekly Billing)

Commercials:

v Software charges: – Nil

v Training Charges: – Nil

v Data Charges: – Nil

v Contract Renewal Charges: – Nil

v Refundable Deposit: – 1,00,000-INR (10 Seats) After 3 Months (8 billing) refundable

v 50,000 at the time of SLA(Agreement)

v 50,000 Before Live Process

5,000-INR Royalty deduct in 1st billing. Per 1 Seat
