Senior Software Engg – Systems

Looking for a Storage Admin with expertise in Virtualization, Windows/Linux, Cloud and Storage. Preferably 4+ years of experience on storage administrator with designing, developing and documenting solutions.

The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

Must have skills

Good background (minimum 4 year) in storage administration with good understanding on SAN, vSAN, NAS, Flash, Raid, Mirroring, block based and file based
Hands on experience on Windows or Linux Systems (Ubuntu, Centos, Red hat and SUSE)
Experience in Server Performance Testing with Storage box.
Knowledge of Operating Systems concepts (Windows/Linux).
Basic understanding on the x86 server architecture.
Knowledge on AD/DHCP and DNS.
Any basic scripting knowledge.
Knowledge on Virtualization solutions
Database Systems Fundamentals.
Understanding of TCP/IP and networking terminologies NAT.
Ability to work in a very complex data center infrastructure environment both as a team
Member and individually.
Must be a strong communicator, verbal and written, across all levels of the organization as well as cross functionally.
